What is CallPh.One?
CallPh.One helps reunite people with their lost phones. If you misplace your phone, our system automatically calls it on your behalf until someone answers — you, or whoever is near it. Once it's picked up, we play a friendly automated message telling the finder how to get the phone safely back to you. No app to install, and nothing to set up on the phone in advance.
Does CallPh.One track my phone's location?
No — and that's the point. We never locate, track or map your phone, and we never ask anyone to tap a link. Trackers show you a dot on a map; CallPh.One rings your phone until a real person picks it up and then guides them to return it. It works even when your phone is lying under a car seat or behind a bar where no one would ever tap a tracking link.
What if my phone is switched off?
If your phone is off or out of signal, we keep retrying. With Retry Over 24 Hours (Premium and Premium Plus) we call your phone repeatedly for a full 24 hours, so the moment it reconnects to the network the calls resume. Your dashboard shows a live status such as 'unreachable' or 'voicemail detected' so you always know what's happening.
What is Emergency Search Mode?
When every minute counts, Emergency Search Mode (Premium and Premium Plus) calls your phone every 5 minutes for 30 minutes — perfect for the moment you first realise your phone is missing and someone nearby might still hear it ringing.
How do I find out my phone has been found?
On Premium, we can send an email to an additional address the moment your phone is found (Notify Other Device – Email). On Premium Plus, we can also text any phone number you choose (Notify Other Device – SMS) — for example a family member's phone or a spare handset, so you get the good news even without your own phone.
Will this drain my battery?
No. The calls only ring your phone the same way as if a friend was calling you. If the phone is off, no power is used until it is turned back on.
Can I use this while abroad?
Yes. As long as your phone number is reachable from the public telephone network, Callph.one can attempt calls no matter where your device is in the world. Standard international calling rules apply, so if your phone is roaming the call will still connect.
What happens if voicemail answers instead of a person?
Our system detects voicemail pickup. If we can't deliver the message to a live person, we'll leave a short voicemail with instructions if possible. You'll also see 'Voicemail detected' in your dashboard so you know the situation.

Standard and Premium both start with a low-cost 1-day trial, then continue at the regular monthly or annual price shown on the pricing page in your currency. Premium Plus is a straightforward subscription with no trial. Paying annually saves you 50% compared with monthly. Which plan do I need?
Standard covers 1 device with automated calling and Alexa support. Premium covers 3 devices and adds Emergency Search Mode, Retry Over 24 Hours and email notification when your phone is found. Premium Plus covers 6 devices and adds SMS notification to any number you choose. All plans include unlimited call attempts and dashboard status reporting.
What is your refund policy?

Is it safe and private?
