These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the Service by You (the Customer). We are World Location Services Ltd, trading as callph.one. World Location Services Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under number 12377667 with a registered office at 284a Chase Road, London, N14 6HF

These are the terms on which we sell the Service to you. By purchasing the Service on the Website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Service from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

Customer means You, an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession;

Supplier means We, World Location Services Ltd

Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services;

Order means the Customer's order for the Service from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;

Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;

Services means the Services advertised on the Website

Website means our Website callph.one on which the Services are advertised.

The full description of the Service is as set out on the Website. All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability. We can make changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory guidelines. We may notify you of these changes if we feel it is necessary for your continued use of the Service.

The Service places automated telephone calls to a phone number that you have registered on your account. When a call is answered, we play a recorded message inviting the person who answered to return the phone to you.

We do not locate, track or report the geographic position of any phone.

Payment for the Service does not guarantee that a lost phone will be recovered. We provide the means to call the registered phone and to deliver a message to whoever answers. If the phone is switched off, outside network coverage, or nobody answers, we cannot deliver the message.

We provide a skill for Amazon Alexa that lets you request a call to a device registered on your account by voice. Use of the skill requires an active subscription and linking your CallPh.One account to your Amazon account, and is subject to these terms.

Each voice request places a single call. The skill will only call devices that are already registered and enabled on your account; it cannot dial any other number.

Your use of Alexa itself is governed by Amazon's own terms and privacy notice, which we do not control. We may change, suspend or withdraw the skill at any time.

With regards to the use of the Service, you state that you are of legal age and that you have the legal capacity necessary to be bound by this agreement and to use it in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you fully understand and acknowledge. You state that all the information you provide to access the Service, before and during its usage, is true, complete and accurate.

We do not provide information or services to minors, and if you are under 18, and at least 13 years of age, you may only use this Site and/or the Services with the active involvement of a parent, guardian or other supervising adult. You may not use this Site if you are under 13 years of age.

The Service can be billed by Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card where applicable.

Fees and Payment

The charge for the Service will appear on your credit, debit, or prepaid card bill.

You agree that we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Service by charging the provided credit, debit, or pre paid card to buy the Service.

CallPh.One offers subscription plans including Standard for one registered device, Premium for up to three registered devices, and Premium Plus for up to six registered devices.

Available plans, features, prices, currencies, billing periods, trial offers and applicable taxes are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages. The price and subscription terms displayed when you place your order form part of the Contract.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually. Where a trial is offered, the trial price, duration, subsequent subscription price and billing period will be displayed before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will continue at the price and billing period displayed when the order was placed.

For credit and debit card paying Customers

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your CallPh.One dashboard, or by contacting Customer Support at [email protected] or on 03333325000. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal and your plan will remain scheduled to end on the applicable subscription end date, unless a refund or account closure causes access to end earlier.

We want you to be happy with the Service that we provide. If, in the first 30 days You decide that the Service is not what you expected or as advertised, you may contact us for a full refund of any charges incurred. Trial charges are not refundable.

If you believe you have been billed in error and wish to apply for a refund of the last payment made, you should contact our Customer Support team. You may only be entitled to a subscription fee refund if you have not used the Service.

When a refund is made your subscription will be cancelled automatically and you will no longer have access to the Service. If a chargeback has been raised on a subscription fee, you are no longer entitled to any refund.

When registering to use the Website you must use your email address to create your username. You remain responsible for all actions taken under that email address and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone else and keep them secret.

We may contact you by using this email address or other electronic communication methods if You have supplied this to us.

We retain and use all information strictly under the terms of our Privacy Policy (please refer to the separate document available from our Website).

This Website and its owners take a proactive approach to Customer privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its Customers throughout their visiting experience. This Website complies to all UK national laws and requirements for Customer privacy, as well as adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679). The Supplier reserves the right to delete or modify accounts, which have, according to the site, a behaviour irreconcilable with its principles or with other Customers' interests. Customers are only allowed to use the Website for private use. It is thus strictly forbidden to use the site for professional, advertisement, and promotional or commercial purposes.

Copyright laws protect all rights to immaterial property of the Supplier such as brands, copyrights, texts, pictures and logos. Customers are not allowed to use these rights either directly or indirectly by copying, reproducing or using part of the site without prior written permission from the Supplier, as this will constitute a breach of the mentioned rights. Actions that violate the Supplier's immaterial rights will be counteracted with an injunction from the tribunal without warning.

We may terminate the Contract or suspend the Service at any time without a written notice of termination or suspension to the other if that other commits a serious breach, or series of breaches resulting in a serious breach, of the Contract. On termination of the Contract for any reason, any of our respective remaining rights and liabilities will not be affected.

World Location Services Ltd makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information supplied as part of the Service is accurate at the time of their creation and/or modification. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information contained on the Website or other means of electronic delivery, and shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage howsoever arising. We reserve the right to make changes to the Service or alter any content at any time without notice.
